There is a global water crisis – 1 in 9 people lack access to safe water and 1 in 3 people lack access to a toilet. Every 90 seconds a child dies from a water related disease and a million people are killed by water, sanitation and hygiene related disease each year.

We think we need to do something about this and we think the rugby world can make a difference. We’ve created a campaign centred around the Rugby World Cup in 2019 that will raise awareness of this crisis and critical funds to help address it.

Our aim is to raise £6 million for fresh water projects through our initiative – DROP GOAL

Working with leading international brands synonymous with the sport together with the award-winning underwater photographer Candice we are photographing 12 leading international rugby players from the main participating nations in the competition in a series of stunning underwater images that can then be featured on merchandise and digital downloads sold around the world. The campaign includes an exhibition of the work, a launch event and charity gala dinner and a documentary on the making of the campaign.
